Third Planet Report 3/12/08  presents the following

Interview with

1) Janice Howard, Executive Director of the NY Ethics Commissioner on the Unified Court System.  Ms. Howard gives her perspective on the current ethical dilemma of Governor Spitizer;

2)  Lauren Regan attorney for the Civil Liberties Defense Center in Eugene, Oregon on the Green Scare and the Court's decision to drastically reduce Jeff Luer's sentence in a environmental arson case;  and

3) Chris Lugo, progressive democratic candidate for the Tennessee United States Senator position.  Jeff talks about how the current democratic Tennessee Governor tried to pave the way for the current Republican Senator to have no opposition from the Dems until Chris came along and spoiled everything.
