Mon, 1 October 2007 Third Planet Report with hippielawyer Alan Graf This week's Report features: 1) Interview with attorney Elden Rosenthal on his victory in federal court. The court found that parts of the Patriot Act were unconstitutional because they violated the fundamental principles of checks and balances contained in the United States Constitution; 2) Interview with Robert Meerpol, son of Julius and Ethel Rosenburg. The Rosenburgs were convicted of spying during the McCarthy period and executed by the US government for their alleged crimes. Their son Robert was 3 years old at the time and speaks with the Third Planet about his life's mission; and 3) Interview and session with local boogey man James Kohn.
